Size: 41.0 x 59.0 x 29.6mm
Weight: 89g
LG Action Cam uses the same Sony 1/2.3 inch 12.3MP sensor as HTC 10 and Nexus which mean bigger and basically better sensor than the one in G5.
When it comes to quality it's all depends on LG processing and lens but GoPro has more video features for example GoPro can record 1080p@120fps and 720p@240fps while LG can only record up to 1080p@60fps and 720p@120fps.

GoPro is dying .. just went from profitable to loss making and will soon join gang of HTC, Blackberry and Nokia.

Bare in mind there are no really unlimited 4g connection yet... Unlimited plans have "fair use policy" of up to 100GB.. so at best you can upload like 3-3,5h of life stream (quick math - one frame on 720p is ~0.25-0.5MB, 1s@30fps 7,5-15MB which as well is average speed of UK 4G... so if you upload 1h~27+GB, that will burst almost any monthly data plan).

looks like it's using the Hero Session protective case format. If is indeed larger(longer) than the session, however i really hope it can record while charging/plugged in, which the Session can not. If it can i am more than interested because it can double as a live dashboard cam, am with backup of the recorded stuff to a remote server is just what the doctor ordered.
