UK wants to let drivers carry virtual licenses in Apple Wallet

The United Kingdom is in the process of researching and testing the use of Apple Wallet as a valid driver’s license. Drivers will only need to use their phones to pull up their drivers’ licenses instead of carrying around a physical version.

    In our country there is special barcodes on a windshields and licence plates to identify the driver of a car.

                  Anonymous, 14 May 2016Why carry keys when you can unlock using NFC...!I said the same thing. What I meant was to make the car keys obsolete in near future by introducing ID like feature into an iPhone.

                  As for NFC, its only confined to Apple Pay in an iPhone for now as we all know!

                    Mobile phone are growing and growing every day, every one you know carries a smartphone and cares about it more than any thing else, you carry most of your personal data in your mobile phone, you personal photos your beloved ones, your social media information, pictures about your credit card, and when your mobile phone get stolen, you inform the police for it, not because of the physical phone, because of the precious data on it, all what do you wont is your data, so there is nothing prevent the phone from being you personal id, driver license, you home key, car key, the future is mobile.
