An inspired choice, this time it's Sony. This model is targeted on young people in particular. But, noticed a totally uninspired choice of processor P10. It was best X10 processor, which is faster. In conclusion, a successful phone. Will ensue a serious competitor in this category, the LeEco 2 Pro.

wow too small 6". few more inches would be fine to carry around and much more practical. i hope they come up with with like 13-14 inches for customers convenience. Its so easy that way, like carrying around a monitor but this time its touch screen. Guess i have to look for bigger pants, wow sony, just wow. love ya!

Oh my gosh... looks at the huge damn bezels with the puny 3GB RAM and yet you deserve them to call a flagship? Even Chinese phones like Meizu have 4GB RAM minimum.
Sony camera algorithm is one of the worst in the industry.
Sony should just leave the smartphone industry and focus on sewing machines, refrigerators and microwaves.

now GSMarena just need to do XA Ultra vs Xiaomi Mi Max vs Samsung A9 Pro...or other big size smartphones I missed.

            but,Sony...why use that processor? *cry*

I just realized this thing have OIS ,first SONY phone to feature OIS and second android phone with OIS in front camera !!

They should've released an updated Z Ultra (with 6.44" screen) with flagship specs alongside this. Not sure what the naming would be but it would've been nice to see a flagship Ultra again.

AnonD-501550, 17 May 2016Sony is killing it's flagship with mid-rangers...Actually I think that Sony has very few phones when you compare it to Sammy and even HTC lately.
It seems that flooding the market with mids and lows is the key to success. That way the companies touch the majority. The XA Ultra is gonna sell like pancakes at least in Asia. Though I think that great design is ruined by running on MediaTek..

                      AnonD-501550, 17 May 2016Sony is killing it's flagship with mid-rangers...They're doing it well !
                      -XA (Low)
                      -X/XA Ultra (Mid)
                      -X Performance (High)

They might contain the letter 'X', but they're clearly not meant to be in the same rank.
Sony is doing it well, although their prices are still not on point sometimes...they're doing what a struggling company must do to stay alive - Making 'affordable' devices that people actually want.
PS: Sony really should've use Snapdragon 650/652 with this XA Ultra

Hahahahha, all the waiting and they announced Helio P10 for the soc. Seriously I really don't understand Sony's marketing mentality. Even by the time they managed to launch into markets, still can't compete with those Snapdragon 650/652 and Kirin 950/955 phablets.

Sony X series is exceptional, apart from chipset. He could not put the processor X10 model instead of P10? Of...of...sony.
And especially, i hope not to put an astronomical price, as habit..of ... of..sony.
