Check the source for the graphs. By the second round the GPU was already performing worse.
The only benchmark the SD does better in is single core and gpu, in multi core and the others it generally does worse. Speed tests show it do be significantly slower. Battery is lower. The test above shows it throttles more.
This isn't a balanced case where they both have pros and cons. Exynos is just better.

Haha.. Please check out the benchmarks, sd 820 is way ahead benchmarks and don't throttle at all... Adreno530 gpu puts down mali t880 mp12 into dust . There are some disadvantages to the exynos as I said

It is going to have a tough competition with s7 and upcoming OP3. Htc have to price this phone reasonably. Maybe price between 40k-50k would be decent.

You will get a way better experience with Snapdragon if you want to run heavy apps although. Both the processors have their downsides. It all upon your preference :)

AnonD-442781, 24 May 2016The exynos variant is faster, provides over 10% better batt... moreYou are right about that but Samsung particularly focuses on exynos processor and want to perform them better than the other versions to increase sales of it's processor business too so the fact is if benchmarking of Sd820 is coming above there are some reasons and it can be marketing to but the real difference you can only know if you use Samsung exynos varient and best SD820 phone that you know and you will definitely know why HTC is better in processes.

HTC does same mistake again and again in India. Their "go to market" is very slow compared to Samsung.
As S7 is doing good in the market and G5 started pre-orders. Pricing going to be the key aspect.
Anything above 45K, will fail this product in Indian Market and HTC's reputation for horrible service will also contribute.
Despite of all these, am expecting that this phone will do good business as it has got some great reviews and known as a no non-sense and gimikee phone.

Yeah you are right Samsung confuses models when we come to flash so custom mods as it have many different version of a same phone like dual sim phones do and right now no kernel available in S7 but HTC there is availability of more kernels. But that is stuff that not everyone know about so it does not care because not many people are going to even root their devices.

Sd820 is the star in benchmarks and adreno 530 put down mali t880 mp12 into dust. Practical life: exynos doesn't support rooting, custom roms , emulators properly besides sd 820 and its gpu does that well with excellent battery life. Sd820 rules 2016 besides i am using galaxy s7 edge imported ( at&t ) because s7 with sd820 is a pure monster

Nice !!! Though it's too late since S7 and other compitents already here.. Pricing will be the key point.
What else can I say.. Hope you keep the price fair.. Hope I'll be Htc user again ;)
