ZTE has specifically addressed those issues on aluminium phones.

Good stuff, about the same price as the mi5, will provide good competition. I don't plan to buy a phone this year but at this rate I'm pretty sure I'd buy a Chinese phone next year.
I'm guessing the structural integrity of the device isn't top notch but in the 6 years I've had a smartphone I've never done anything to seriously damage it. So it comes down to good battery life and good software optimisation.

Every designer item has its budget-friendly alternative, that's for sure. But every budget-friendly alternative has its cheap, rock-bottom priced version as well and its your job to determine whether the product in question is worth replacing as well as the point in which smart economizing starts turning into wasting money.

What looks good on paper may not be great for everyday's use when the parts and softwares are not optimized or even to be given any updates after launch. ZTE is just one of them. With that money, it is off better spent else where.

All complete spec with powerful processor, huge ram, front facing stereo speaker, beautiful camera and etc. Other flagship are gonna have a tough competiton this year with its really competitive pricing. I own the Axon and its hifi audio quality separate from the rest. With dual front speaker on the Axon 7 , it should be mile ahead of Samung and Iphone. Only HTC 10 can compete, but more expensive. The ugly front grill is gone, good thing.

Ive been reading from some ppl that zte never updates their phones or is very slow to. That's probably what OP3 have over this axon phone. But then again axon has amoled quad HD whereas OP3 decided to stick with 1080p lcd display, how disappointing.

Does it have laser focus? Do I NEED laser focus? I hope it has a decent camera. I was seriously looking to upgrade from my Oneplus 1 to the 3 but the Axon 7 may have changed my mind. Anyone know anything about their customer support, how long the phone will get updates? I hear it has a great warranty but if they don't honor it.....
