I wonder why se keep on releasing d same w-type . It will b good if se releases a better one than last released phone. W800 n k750 is d best 4 me. Since ì'm using k750 now. I don't think i'll exchange it wid w300 or w700 .

No AUTOFOCUS???!!!! THIS SUCKS!! If it had autofocus it would be the best affordable walkman SE available in the market!

ok guys.....answer me one question....why sonyericsson keep releasing the same mobile phones with the same menu the same desing the same features...S.E wake up..w800/w850/w700 same old story....one step back for s.e.....

I dun think have difrence betwen W800 and W700....Jus the disigne,name and memory card come with......

I think that the w700i would be better than the w300i and the w800i the design is good but the bad thing is that the memory is only 256 mb not 512 or 2gb.

SALAMLIKOM!!.w700i is slightly diff from w800 and lack some functions so tahts it is named before w800i (w700i) use ur sense!.i think these both will do good job.well done se

Really it is very Usefull mobile and the features in this mobile is very good but the shape of the W700 & w800 is not so good and the color also if u change in to silver grey it looks cool

what the hell? no point in releasing this phone.. it would be good though, i can just buy the w700i housing and put it on my w800.. then i'll have my dream phone for sure

750i is free on contract because carriers (and SE) are subsidizing it heavily, i.e. loosing more money than they would want. 700 can be provided for free at a lower cost to the parties involved. therefore it is not a "pointless" attempt, but likely to mean customers have to be happy with an inferior product as their freebee phone

I would say "YEA" to the w700 because the w800 is a really quality cell phone.
I would say "YEA" to the attempt to make it cheaper (256 MB), but don't see the need for this since Walkman is SUPPOSED to be geared for the music lover and 256 MB JUST WoN'T DO!!
Ok, the w800 is white and orange. Not many guys carry this.
The w700 is gold and white. Please. Sony Ericsson, PLEASE release this model in a "manly" color. The only one is the w810. It's black. I have one. But I also paid $100 US dollars more for this model, which is essentially a w800 in black color....

w800 is a great phone, w700 is a copy of it. i own a w800, so i'm happy because maybe in the future i can use w700 Titanium Gold color or that Smooth White .

The only real difference between w800i and w700, that in w700 there isn't autofocus, and it has only 256mbyte card, while w800 has 512mbyte card.

pointless attempt to target low-end market. inferior to the K750/W800 which are readily available and free on contract

For this phone to sell, it has to be much, much less than the W800 or else, people would just buy the W800. Get it?
