Just switch to iPhone for over a month. you will realize the difference and it will make you never go back to android again. see, I love andriod. but not the android & the way they perform. if I could get the same performance as iPhone on android. I'd love toswitch

The point is no mobile os will satisfy everyone and everyone gets to choose what they want. I only have problem with people forcing their opinions down other people's throat.

DoodleOnYourFace, 31 May 2016Whatever it is, the conclusion is:
I own a 5s / 6s / S6/... moreProof? As I said speed tests put the s7 on par with the 6s.
And the main reason people don't like iOS is because its crippled. If it means opening stuff just barely faster in order to have a more capable os, then I'm okay with that.

Advent, 30 May 2016well jailbreaking is not a big deal for android users, its ... moreYou do know that i never implied that all android users are not tech savvy, right? If you took my reply into context about what the other person wrote, you might understand that i was referring to those who think iphones are restricted are those who are not tech savvy.
If, again, you read my writing correctly before jumping to conclusions, i mentioned that you need to jail break the iphone to first being able to use kodi while an android user can go and download directly on the play store. This is a comparison to show the person i replied to, how iphones can be unrestricted but unlike android that everything is offered in a silver plate, you have to work for it with Iphones.
In your case, don't be oversensitive whenevr you read someone writing positive things about iphones. there is a difference between smart comments and fanboy trolling

I own a 5s / 6s / S6/ S7 edge. where, 5s is almost 2.3 years old, it still outperforms tasks like playing latest games(launching them in no time)/ compared to s6--> takes 1.2-2 seconds to launch ( comparing simple game like subway run on both models).
I have a library of 1500+ pics, and when synced all the same pics to s6 and s7. s6 still have a noticible lag to show thumbnails of my photos and when scrolled a little bit faster it lags.
I dont understand, people buy that shit(S7) for what? if it lags for the most of usual work we do daily, showing numbers on GEEKBENCH is shitty, we dont even require that raw power. for such small tasks. it shows how efficiency and smartwork is more necessery than just putting more RAM and GHzs

Sony Xperia FOREVER, 31 May 2016"YAWN" still with 2GB... android based smartphones are now ... moreIts just not about GBs its how your phone's managing the RAM for a smooth performance, you dont need RAW performance with fancy 2.2GHz + 4GB RAM processors we find of latest androids. but a super smart OS with 1.8Ghz + 2GB who knows how to utilize and gets most out of the Processing Power. poor architecture is main reason I stay away from android.
Thats the main reason to why opening of apps/ browsing photos/ opening camera even simple things like playing large HD movies have a noticiable lag even in s7, compared to my iPhone 5s, its not about how much your phone scored on Geekbench, most of us wont even use 20% - 50% of the full raw available power. so Apple does it well by making an efficient ecosystem powerful and smart enough to get the most out of 1GB and managing memory in such an intelligent way, your UI feels smooth and rarely lags.
I am not just an apple fan but an professional iOS developer as well. So I know stuff about both Andriod and iOS ecosystems.

And I'm pretty sure there still isn't a stable version is jailbreak for ios9. And most would rather not jump through hoops to do basic stuff. Which is why even Apple users secretly (or unknowingly) would love the functionality of android.

You seem to not give a damn about the actual facts in regards to what storage the s6 or the s7 use compared to the iPhone. And by the way, Samsung is the one who has been making the storage for the iPhone anyway. The ufs 2.0 in the galaxy s6 and s7 is superior, and even the iPhone 7 won't have it.

"YAWN" still with 2GB... android based smartphones are now to bump up the 4GB
... even if it;s fluid, it would lack so many multitasking functions...so for me the x64 architecture in Android OS is much utilizable than in iOS....
to give rank to the top best OS platform from my own point of view...
here it goes: #1 Android, #2 iOS, #3 WP (still need lots of work to be as good as android or ios, because it lacks a lot of good functions that are pretty much available in the first and second OS's)

wp_lover, 30 May 2016haha.. exactly... May be even more and add tax for it.. Eve... moreApple doesn't create a Micro SD slot cause most of the cheapfks will buy cheap slow sd cards and ruin the overall perfomance in an iPhone. Just like android users does. and they blame android OS for lagging and poor performance.
FYI, the flash memory in iPhones/Macbooks are way ahead of the current market. thats the major reason for iPhones been way lesser to close to zero Lags as compared to samsung s7 or any other android crap phones. my iPhone 5s runs way faster then s7 in terms of opening/closing apps/animation/browsing photos/ music library.

Any che... moreIphones are restricted to those who are not tech savvy enough to unlock its potential without restrictions :) you want kodi on your android? Go to google play and that's it, absolutely no skills needed. You want kodi on your iphone? You must go through jail breaking first, which scares a lot of people away, not to mention iphone pricing is out of reach for 80% of android users. The other 20% who can afford premium handsets would be buying samsung s and note, lg g and v, sony z, nexus 6p, etc and not asus low and mid range phones. So no, they don't dream about asus phones.
