Coming from a Xperia Z1 and onto the Exynos S7, I can perhaps say that the latest Touchwiz is actually brilliant. The UI is now sleek and clean, unlike the past. Found a theme to make it look as vanilla as possible too. I had the S1, and boy the Touchwiz back then was so terrible that I decided to jump out of the Samsung bandwagon for many years to come. But then, people change you know? Like my friend who promises himself to never get an iPhone, in fact just got an iPhone 6s out of the blue. And so he finally declared his love for Apple after all these years. Lesson of the day? Don't be fanboys, because...things change....and people change....

On their X product page - it's clearly stated:
"Memory is comprised of approximately 12 GB of firmware, plus 20 GB of "Internal storage" for music, pictures, and movies, and downloaded applications and their data."
This 12GB is their firmware size and sits on their SYSTEM PARTITION which CANNOT be reclaimed in ANY way (without rooting). It is not as simple as deleting whatever video/shit that comes with it.
ONLY 20 GB is available to the USER as DATA/Internal Storage.

Seriously, you're more hopeless than an Apple Fanboy now.
PS: A 128 GB card is worth less than the VR headset btw. Check Amazon or something. It'll also be useless if someone is looking to buy a faster card.

Anyway, that's not a problem since Sony offers free 128GB SD Card which is more important that VR Headset and SmartWatch

Or you just misinterpreted my statement? I said Sony is the best in terms of software because their OS lasts a very long run. It's great that you wouldn't find a good reason to upgrade. Meanwhile, TouchWiz is a bloated and heavy software which leads for a terrible experience after about 1 year of usage and needs updates just to run better

(Besides rooting but that's not the point here coz if you use root to remove Sony system bloat, it can also be used to remove Samsung's bloat)
The point here is that despite Sony offering so little features with an "almost" stock look compared to Touch-wiz who everybody likes to complain about being bloated, Sony X still takes up more than 4GB in excess of what S7 takes up.
I remembered when Samsung had a 9GB Rom for their S4 and the Internet were up in arms against them. How ironic now that Sony gets away with using up 12GB and is being defended!

In terms of camera, I'd prefer to wait for a more unbiased, sourced comparison like from gsmarena than a random pic from god knows where. And if you saw the pic you'd realise how much post-processing went into it and how computerised it looks.
Sony uses way more space for their bloatware, and you have provided no good reason to think they have better software optimisation, and obviously nothing to justify late release and high price, for their poorly made phones (as shown by bend tests)

I don't know but seriously i don't understand why something more stock takes up more space on your phone. Like shouldn't them be correlated instead of being inversely correlated?
