I'll tell you something absurd: LG just lauched the G5 here in Brazil.
They released it with the SD652 and 3GB of RAM, but they did not change the name! It's LG G5 and that's it!
And one more thing, the price is the same as a Galaxy S7 (5,1'')!
And my friends ask me why I keep buying Samsungs...
There is no HTC here, no Nexus here, Sony's price is just ridiculous and LG just disrespect everybody with this nonsense...

LG launched the LG G5 SE with SD652 yesterday in Brazil for R$3500, that's equal to more or less U$1000, the Galaxy S7 costs almost the same or even less with a far more powerful hardware, no one is going to buy this sh*t G5 SE, midrange chipset with flagship price, costs more than the iPhone 6S!
LG is going the same way as SONY, too overpriced.

LG has once again over priced the phone in India. For starters LG phones doesn't have a great value in India. I don't think the G5 is a bad phone but the pricing & LG's market in India is not great. I really thought LG would take some cues from Moto (X Style / Pure) & price the G5 around 35K (530$). LG G4 also faced a lot of criticism over this over pricing & is available for around Rs. 24,000/- now i.e, around 360$. I'm sure within the next 6 months the LG G5 price will be reduced to around 380$. The price drop also happens to other brands like Samsung & Apple too but not on LG's or Sony's level. I really pity the early adopters.

They are selling this phone with "LG Friends" because these friends don't sell anywhere, since they are useless right now for most people and also optional everywhere, except India. They need to make profit somehow.
