Xperia Ear landing in Canada this summer, Sony confirms

Remember the Xperia Ear that Sony unveiled back in February at this year's Mobile World Congress (MWC)? Well, the company has now revealed some information on the accessory's Canadian launch.

I think something you don't know. This device is design for active people who reach his/her life can put down smartphone live for themselves". We heard a lot people walking while always peeping their smartphone then accident happen in just a blink of an eye like crashing something or tripped and fall down. While bycling climbin outing driving etc people can leave without smartphone but with this Ear people could live with more leisurely safely and pay attention to their own activities.

          The way I see it. Sony products are good even better than others. It's just that I think they should change their marketing team. They don't really do well on that department.

            The Sony way: (1) Release half a year after product announcement, killing momentum (2) Release only in small, limited markets (3) Charge an exorbitant price (4) Don't advertise or promote.
            Sony has already done (1) and (2) with the Xperia Ear. Announced in late Feb, will release late summer which would be August or September. So far, Canada (30 million population.) is the only market (limited) for the Western hemisphere. Compare Canada's pop with the US pop which is 300 million plus. So Sony is neglecting a market, or at least dis-favoring it, that's 10X bigger!
            Now, it's possible that Sony might still release in US, but given the history of Xperia, this is doubtful. Take the Z5: released on a major Canada carrier but not on any US carriers. Sony announced the Z4 for the US last summer but that plan was scrapped last minute.

                        I think we don't need this ear device if we can find the benefits to earphones/headsets (digital)
