Anonymous, 08 Jun 2016Android phone with 4/6/8/12/16/128 GB of RAM = lags and cra... moreThen you know nothing about android at all, and you are just spitting words out of hate...

I will begin with one simple fact, "android phones" do not exist, there are phones that use android as an operating system, and to support your ignorance, you refer to android phone and iphone... if you wanted to make this comment of yours a fact, then you should have referred to iOS, there equivalent to Android as an operating system...

In any case, try using a phone with factory Android, not a phone with a modified version of it... No wonder why the Google Nexus is probably the best phone out there right now.

            Good luck.

Android phone with 4/6/8/12/16/128 GB of RAM = lags and crashes apps.
iPhone with 2 GB of RAM = all smooth.
Windows phones with 2 GB of RAM = all smooth.

I'd be ashamed to use any Android phone nowadays. It was acceptable->good until version 4.4; after that, it all went downhill for Android.

All the issues that Android has, all the instability (app crashes, phone restarts needed, factory resets needed at least twice a year), the almost non-existent security features, the dated user interface with static icons and clunky submenus, the low quality of basic apps such as email, calendar, contacts, messaging, etc. (even the calculator is missing basic stuff) - all these allow me to see Android users as tech illiterate people who don't understand technology and don't know what this technology should do for them and how it should work.

Nevermind I got it fixed, was stuck in a bootloop but now I'm enjoying Cyanogen OS 13.1 which is pretty great especially with Microsoft Mods. I think I'm just gonna delay purchasing a new phone for another year and let this ridiculous hardware race die down while waiting for some actual innovations to emerge.

Let's say you have 3 apps running, it will only run/activate the app you are currently viewing while freezing the other 2.
However, if you let all 3 apps running, it will lag.

Any heavy task user would know that running 30 ACTIVE apps at the same time will significantly lag phone functions (majority if not all).
I don't think the 30 apps you have opened are "running" or "active"

The only missing ingredient here is what the actual price will be once launched next week. I am cheering for OP to live up to their moto/calling and deliver quality hardware at the good cost the cost that they worth to the consumer. We've all taken a look at real production cost matrices and even though they don't take everything into account, certain OEMs understand where they can cut their losses. Others just want world domination imo...

If you're needing more than 4gb on a smartphone, something is seriously wrong with you or your phone. I only run 8gb in my PC, so suggesting 12gb in a phone is asinine.
