well well well... it is not transparent as to what the article is saying... If you would observe, as he holds the phone, one finger should be behind the case/phone and if it is really transparent you should be able to see that finger there... EPIC FAIL!

Interesting, when I saw Captain America, I misread the logo on the gadgets as VIAO and thought they were from that spin off company of Sony. IE, future visions of Xperia phones.

But of course the images could be processed so one can make 3 out of 4 fingers.

that's not a transparent phone ,if it was his forefinger would have been visible as it is behind the phone..
