They (staff) don't even talk about or reply to threads about the X for about 3 months now. They're silently killing off the device and its support.

Both my wife and I really love this phone....I have flashed the OS with Exodus and it's been great. The wife's phone has had some freezing issues but thought that would have been taken care of with a software fix. Sad to hear that there will not be an upgrade. But will there be Marshmallow update soon?

One Plus X had a nice formfactor, One Plus Three has awesome specs, combine the two AND add Nexus like support, and that'd be the most awesome phone on the market. Sadly that software update part eludes all phones, but Nexuses.

Stay away from these phones, they don't reply to support requests or rather reply at their earliest convenience. Updates are non existent, ask any OPX owner.
They aren't serious about supporting their software. Too bad really, their hardware is not bad.

there is no option to move picture files from phots or gallery. this option is must.

5" screen size is the most suitable size for any person, and oneplus x being sleek and compact is one of the most handy phones right now.
Sad to hear this update from CEO.

The Oneplus 3 seems like a near perfect phone for me. Only issue is the size. Very sad to hear that they think 5.5" phones are for everyone.

Once it starts showing its age I'll probably get the OnePlus 3. By then it should probably drop down to $350 or $300.
Size is the only issue, guess I'll just have to bite the bullet and get a phablet sized phone :/

they should rather bring out their flagship in two sizes. 5,5" or more is too large for a lot of users. imo 4,7" is the best size for smartphones.
