Yeah, thats a problem with the EIS+OIS at work, and possibly the sensor. Some said it was only affecting Snapdragon 820 devices, but it turned out it was affecting Exynos 8890 devices too. Samsung software problem, but its also happening with other phones using the 820. Maybe theyr ISP has a problem.

Great clip, but only because it was shot by a team of professionals, using professional editing tools and planning and applying all of theyr footage on the right scenarios with the right conditions!

It reminds me of the Lumia 1020 IOS video which was... by the way... fake.
But this seems the real deal!

When you crop the image on the S7 to get to 16:9 you lose field of view...

The sensor on the S6 was a a bit wider and on the S7 a bit taller. At least I think...

            And yeah that's Dubai 👍👍👍

Nobody will record like that if only thing they will have in pocket will most likely be just a phone. They proudly show their 4K that got less detail than last year flagships. Entertaining really.

Notice how the night sequences are stop-motion? That's the only way to ensure the weren't grainy. An actual 4K video at night would probably have too much noise!

That's when I change watching on YouTube 4K if I change to 1080p, beautiful!!!!!

I'm a dummy... ;P I didn't go full screen on my 1080p monitors when watching so I guess the pixels were trying to squish itself. Now it's super clear.

AnonD-137201, 16 Jun 2016I miss the 16:9 aspect ratio of the S6...if you mean 16:9 stills, its still there....albeit at a lower resoulution...in most cameras 16:9 only means that the cam is cropping the upper and loer parts of a given image to give a widescreen image...afaik only nokia pureview(model 909? not sure..)had a full sensor height of 16:9..now this may be the case in some other phones...i have not gone in depth to see

I just picked up an S7 for myself yesterday. So far superb camera in terms of photos haven't played with video much yet. Anyone else notice something odd when in 4k? I have no idea how to describe it but this is noticed on all 4k videos I've seen on youtube NOT just S7.
