Dual heatpipes, 22 Jun 2016You mean the Indonesia don't have any Sony Center and servi... moreIndonesia have service centers for Sony, but the service center's quality seems to be bad, many people complained mostly with how long it take to service or the staffs are very rude. I have Xperia V for 3 years or even more a bit, and never changed my battery once and never serviced it once since no problems so far, so I can't really say anything.
Sony still repairing their after sales service further, adding 3rd party to help them, but people here are losing their trust and mostly choose another brand like Samsung, Oppo or Asus (Asus won the Q1 sales at 1st place, but Samsung still lead the market). I have taken a sample (from June 22 to May 26, no further because seems to have url error) on news column on customer's voice, with dates, problems, and replies; you can see it on XP's thread. There, you'll see most complains are for Sony, the others are for Apple and Samsung. Yes, it definitely won't give you the bigger and a whole view, but seems to me Sony really want to improve their name back, at least from the meager sample.

Then try about Sony online support if your phone really get problem. I wouldn't able to help you, because I haven't met problem yet. The xperias are good phones. But sony failed to deliver their phones to the masses.

The X series is improve the selfie features and the back camera also capture great photos, can't you see the photo taken by the reviewer from the Gsmarena?

Sony hasn't waken-up from their bezel-long sleep and realized you can only charge a "premium" if you have something to show for it.
Xperia X Performance doesn't even match the feature-set of the Z5, let along the S7 or the hoard of other flagships that now even come from the likes of Xiaomi, Zuk and OnePlus.
RIP Sony, Xperia brand likely to be sold soon (like Vaio was).

I used to have a Z2. It was a very good phone, but the camera is really crappy.
Will i buy a xperia x performance? Definitely no!
Sony's pricing is ridiculous. Other brands offer more with less or same price level.
But if sony revive the xperia z ultra, i will probably buy it.

If I had this money and want an Xperia, I will still go for the Z5 or Z5 Premium. The minor feature improvements are not worth it. Drawbacks are no lanyard slot and Radio which were unique to Sony on the flagships. Good thing they kept the Camera button. Hope they won't get rid of it in the future. 1080p is still okay for me and a lot of people. I understand Sony is marketing this (and the regular X) as a premium product like an iphone but I can't help to think that it will backfire on them.

They choose their own phones with their own brain, taste and money , also agreed to accept the good and bad of each phone after having some experience, gathering info and some comparing, suited to their need, taste, and budget. We could only give our own opinion, they hear it, react to it and that's that. In the end, the one who could change them are they themselves. Just try to respect other's opinion even if it's different from us.
