Why is Moto only making 5.5" phones? Even Apple has two screen sizes.

It looks far superior (Around 3800 for SD 650 Vs Around 4500 for SD 625). SD 650 has a superior GPU though. SD 625 will be battery efficient as well due to 14nm. Overall SD 625 seems to be better than SD 650 to me.

            Good Spec. But Snapdragon 650 would have be better chipset for performance, anyways price will decide whether this device is a hit or miss.

              AnonD-287672, 17 Jun 2016How does it fare compared to SD650&SD652? 625 Vs 650 Difference

              http://system-on-a-chip.specout.com/compare/1208-1211/Qualcomm-Snapdragon-625-vs-Qualcomm-Snapdragon-650

              Personally I feel 650 will perform better with its primary dual core A72 cores
              A72 is far superior to A53 cores.

              650 = 6 core = 2*A72 + 4*A53
              625 = 8 Core = 8*A53

              Don't be fooled with number of cores, what matters is dual core fastest cores for better performance

                    AnonD-287672, 17 Jun 2016How does it fare compared to SD650&SD652? The 650/652 is better on paper, but the 625 has a better modem (connectivity). But if the 650/652 is forced into throttling, they'll probably be indistinguishable under normal usage.
                    The 650/652 is also equipped to push 2k, whereas 625 can only do 1080. Imho, 1080 is about right for 5.5" of real estate, ymmv.

                        Moto z play would be to similar to the g4 plus for motorola to actually sell. And 3600mAh battery and 5.9mm thick is impossible as they would have that battery in the moto z normal if they could do that

                                      Snapdragon 625 would be awesome. It's one of the few Snapdragons currently built on 14nm. It should offer excellent battery life.
