Anonymous, 18 Jun 2016Here you go India, time to prove your peeps expects more th... moreI am ashamed to be an Indian at this moment, the kind of cheap blokes living here nowadays not caring about "brand" or "quality", and just going gaga over specs only, its both scary and shameful, and very embarrassing too. Of course, the reputed brands are launching phones at 20% or so than people's desired price, but then again it takes very short time for those prices to come down. X Force was launched here at INR 50k just two months ago, and now its at INR 34k, so, can't you wait a couple of months? I sure can. However for the low/entry level segments companies like Samsung, Sony, HTC has to wake up and launch some good phones, but they probably don't wanna do that, or just letting Xioami and those garbage to do their business here, because just taking revenues from these small companies for using their hardware is enough for them, but meh to that mentality. This is where they need to learn from NOKIA, who ruled at every segment, flagship, mid-range and low end devices.
China is the definition of "cheap stuffs", soon to be replaced by India. Xiaomi, Le, Fly, and countless other cancer stuffs. God, kill me.

Yeah Motorola was good but illts now lenovo still Indians buying lenovo products and Chinese product especially xiaomi products. Because xiaomi is not a garbage phone like other Chinese manufacturer.. It has its own reputation and build quality is also good.. And never heard abt heating issue of xiaomi phone. (Maybe it's heats up during charging)

I am an Indian and waiting for xa tobe released. I became Sony fan by using their products and have also tried others like spice,micromax,karbonn because of the price difference and have loss my hard earned money on them. So I will surely buy xa over canvas6 or redmi(its my personal point of view though).

Better to buy phones from Sony, Samsuck or even Motorola but lately Lenovo killed that too
Did I mention anything about Indians? Btw I'm Indian too :P

Better u try redmi note 3 then u will understand the build quality of MI moreover nobody interested to pay 20k for mediatek device. ask ur Sony to provide SD650 or SD652 then Indians will accept this device... And change ur viewpoint about Indians.

Even im Indian and waiting eagerly for this one.tried other brand after Sony w8 on my bro opinion.spice 520n,lava x8 but in 5 months went to service center.then I just buy e4 dual and im happy with it,8 months already.but I want to gave it to my little sist so ill buy this one.

Bought a non sony phone before just to try it, spec wise it was indeed above a similarly priced Sony however it only lasted a year of decent use, battery started breaking down, power button started wearing off, usb slot became unusable, etc etc

Biggest joke of the year!! Hell no , no 20k for this crap. Even I won't buy xperia X for 20k . Because not only same hardware is in redmi note 3 pro as in xperia X. again note 3 pro (32gb 3gb ram) costs only 12k. Xperia XA is out of equation. Qnovo tech my a**, it's better to increase ur battery capacity .Listen to your customers sony or else you gonna vanish like nokia. After releasing n95 nokia was so proud that virtually no development was done from 2005-2009 in symbian OS. Dont be that arrogant . Build quality is definitely sony is a winner but hey these metal competitors from Mi, LeEco & Meizu not falling behind. Im not willing to spend double the money for same spec over build quality. I Was once a proud user of sony xperia Sola, M2 and z2. Now i think I'll go for Redmi note 3 pro 32gb 3gb ram. Sony I'll consider you lucky if you'll ever be able to sell at least 100 units of xpera XA @ 20k.

without being rude , its fair to say sony isn't being practical. Everyone of us understand some bucks are spent on research and designing. But why not sony takes a survey ...how many are ready to pay 21 k for HD display with 2 GB ram? Its not made of gold for the fashion either. If they are not selling units profit margin per unit wont keep them alive. Sony and HTC lost on this account. Stay alive in market !! I too loved sony once...
