And no you cannot use that phone one ... moreI am certainly not a giant, nor do I have massive hands. iFans were telling me years ago that the Note 2 was to big to use in one hand, yet I did everyday. They also said it would not fit in my pocket, yet I did everyday. I still use other 5.5" phones today, I still use them one-handed and they fit nicely in my pocket. You can say it does not but you were proved wrong ages ago.
Some people may prefer smaller phones which is fine, but even for them a phone with a larger screen but small former factor is best. iPhones have terrible screen to body ratios and inferior design for ease of use one-handed, so are far from the best in this regard. The main advantage of the SE is there are very few smartphones being made at that size anymore, as contrary to Apples view 4" was not the perfect size for a phone and the majority of users prefer a larger screen size, hence the reason IOS fans flocked to buy the 6 series.

This is bcos the iphone 6/6s plus are poorly designed, and iOS UI and most of it's apps are not fully optimized for convenient user navigation on large phone screens.
To apple's shame, even my 7'' Kindle fire has better and more convenient UI navigation than both iPads and iphone 6/6s plus.
Im typing this on a NOTE 3, and the ONLY time I use two hands are when I'm typing text. For EVERY other purpose, I CONVENIENTLY use one hand, and I don't even have large hands. Check it online, and you'll hardly see galaxy note owners complaining about the size of their phones.

Big phones are good for multimedia use but thats as good as it gets. Using a large phone on daily basis is a nightmare. Thats why people an alternative,a powerful small sized phone and thats what they find attractive on the SE

You are thinking of "Assisted Touch" which is enabled in the accessibility menu (Settings > General > Accessibility ), it is not the same and limited. "Reachabilty" is a way to bring the screen nearer the bottom of the phone, again it is not the same and very limited, it was an after-thought copy of a feature many Android phones already had.

iphone 6/6s is simpler where u tap the home button twice and it pulls the screen down half way in order to reach higher placed buttons. android might have this feature but not sure.

One they have smaller bezels making the screen more accessible; two they are lighter and better designed to hold so fit more comfortable in the hand; three the desktops are customizable so allow for better organisation for one-handed use; four Android phones are better designed for larger screens and lastly the point I made before with programable hard and capitative buttons close at hand navigation is far better.
Yes some phones are too big and heavy but the point is for the screen size many Android phones with the same sized screens as an iPhone are perfectly usable one-handed where as the iPhones are not. Compare the sleek Galaxy S7 Edge to the Bloated iPhone 6s plus.
My Note 2 with a 5.3" phone was very usable one handed and my 5.5" S7 Edge too.

It's not solution to get everything where your thumb can reach, you are just avoiding the real problem. I also have reachability so i can reach everywhere but it's not solution, its just compromise to try to make same things with bigger screen.

Android has a robot, robots are made to serve its maker and so its a servant.
