Samsung Galaxy Note 7 said to only be available with a curved screen

A new report suggests Samsung may not even be working on a flat screened version of the Note5's successor.

if ONLY the Note 7 EDGE I'll keep and stay with my Note 4.. not an EDGE fan ..just a gimmick

            I would only worry about the pricing. Those edge phones are beautiful, stunningly so but that comes with a price.

              I will not buy the new Note if it has only a curved screen- was going to update my Note 5 but won't do it unless a flat screen is available. I hope Samsung listen to their consumers this time!

                The Note series of phones are the only Samsung phones I've ever liked, especially the Edge versions. So I'm happy with this.

                  Note edge was ENTIRELY DIFFERENT from other notes. Its edge was an ADDITIONAL screen area. A good idea for the note edge, not a fashion statement like the others.

                          Still haven't tried and Edge phone (so old minded prefer flat) but i would test it to see if it's better or not, always a fan of note series

                              Edge screen is horrible
                              Went to the tmobile store to check out the s7 edge, great phone ...fast...beautiful...great camera... but the edge screen sucks
                              There is terrible glare on the top of the screen when trying to watch a video
                              Made the whole experience a nightmare
                              What's the point of having a 2k screen if you can't watch Viejo on it?????
                              Bad choice samsung
                              Keeping my note 5 until something better comes along
