I can't see how you got to that conclusion since there's plethora of android devices that are in iPhone price range and are extremely popular. A lot of people CAN afford iPhones, but choose not to, since Android is more to their liking. I still can't get my head around the fact that iOS won't allow you to move icons wherever you want, which is especially useful when you have a big phone...
I agree that software integration is very important (that's why Nexus phones are buttery smooth), but what's stopping Apple from adding a few more gigs of RAM to their phones? RAM modules are cheap enough... But i guess Apple is greedy...

Just look what they did to the 6 and the 6 plus, bigger screens and iPhone users rejoiced. Just imagine iPhone 6 and 6 plus have the same old small screen? I think only die hard fans will only buy them.

For the smart person knows, its the end results that matters, all the useful features and performance added to bring their money's worth.
Same with food. People are willing to pay more for good food rather then MORE food. However if you are penniless, then it make sense to lean towards More food :)
You can see from the comments, you know if a person is having trouble with daily needs, compared to someone searching for the best phone, and of course, the blinded ones who simply got stuck with specs and zero experiences with phones.

why would you add a pro version of a phone? its just a phone and they do not need to make it a pro device. if people want to go pro they take things seriously like laptop, dslr and other pro stuff. adding pro in your phone doesn't make it any better.

I do not think iPhones are worth anywhere near this much. The original 6 series was already behind the market by a fair way and it got heavier and bigger in the next generation which did add some speed (but this was the last thing iPhones needed to improve), but little else other than the gimmicky 3D touch. With the 7 seemingly seemingly not adding much, I cannot see any justification in holding the price, for what is offered they should cost much less.

My Sony Xperia Z3 has only 16GB storage but also I expanded it by 128GB micro SD card. It is more than enough for me.

Iphone is suck. Its tech is dead along with Mr.Steve job. Samsung has the tech of heart rate sensor and other beneficials since iphone 5s to 6s+ now 7 pro only has fingerprint tech. After a few years iphone will b left behind from mibile phone market like nokia. The directors and techinians must do something if they won't want to left behind

Apple is concentrating on profits more than customer satisfaction. Consumers need to show Apple with their buying power. That they want more technology and newer hardware. Like a better, higher resolution displays, better and lower light cameras, more RAM and storage. If Android OEMs can sell devices with more than 4gb of RAM and lots of storage for less money. Then Apple is just showing the world that they are greedy.
