Hi i have A5 2016 but my mobile not received Marshmallow updates so please tell me about why not received new update. I have another A5 2015 device this update in marshmallow please solve the problems.......

I also have a some issues with my A5 2016 (S... moreProblem solved.
I sent an email to Samsung but their answer didn't help. I investigated by myself and at first I realized that the problem was present only if I had my two SIM cards inserted at the same time. Finally the problem was due to the use of a PIN on one of the two SIM cards. Without any PIN on the SIM cards everything is fine.
I don't understand why it used to worked with 5.1.1 but not anymore with 6.0.1, also I don't understand why there is the option of using a PIN code if it makes the phone bug...

I also have a some issues with my A5 2016 (SM-A510FD from UAE) after updating to marshmallow: the fingerprint doesn't work for unlocking the phone anymore (but works properly when in the settings), quick launch camera doesn't work (double tap on the home screen), smart lock doesn't work.
Are you experiencing the same problems?
Reset factory solved temporarily the problem but it came back after restarting the phone two or three days after...

AnonD-538062, 07 Jul 2016What about battery life? Battery life has improved and the Doze feature works like a charm. I am a low-medium user. 3 days still last charging and the battery is still at 18%.
