I just bought the A5 2016 model and once I'm connected to my WiFi, it already went to download the MM software so I had no choice. After the update, the fingerprint scanner sometimes is not present but just asking for the backup password. Is there anyway to fix this? I appreciate the response.

I live in Switzertland and I have a unbranded Galaxy A5 2016 and I haven't received the Update yet. But a colleague of mine has a Swisscom-branded A5 2016 and he has received the Update 1 month ago. I think you have to wait.
