It's funny how you say the XA is a disgrace just because older Xperia phones had self cracking issues. Xperia XA is newer and has a different glass.
Only issues with Sony phones are overpricing, and the same old design. Sony shouldn't quit the Xperia business. However, Haters always gonna hate..

China phones have very bad services, but a lot cheaper than sony. So we can buy new one if broken (normally they will show problems after 2 years of use).
Sony have very bad services too, But very very expensive.
Sony = overprice + bad after_sale_service.

What a disgrace. Everyone, save your time and money and avoid this phone at all cost. These sorry excuses for smartphones are notorious for self-cracking screens rendering them completely unusable.
Good God, Sony. Stay out of the Mobile Business and Stick to Playstations and Cameras.
Everyone else, buy literally anything but a Sony Xperia: iPhone, Samsung, HTC, anything.
