Stopped reading at the "10nm" part. These chips, if they exist, will be manufactured with the same 14nm process. Next year with the SD830 and newer Exynos chips we MIGHT see 10nm production line, until then we'll stay with 14nm (let's not forget that Samsung manufactures both Snapdragon and Exynos chips).
