Of course it is the upcoming Redmi 4. No way to be a Redmi 3 variant, no way to be Redmi Note 4.
The 625 is the successor of Redmi 3's 616, a bit higher clocked and in better lithography.
It cannot be the successor of 650 which have 2 A72 processors and is a more premium chipset.
650 successor, is not yet announced and gonna be the Redmi Note 4 chipset together with X20. It's gonna be a 652 at better lithography and slightly higher clocks and GPU.

Too many limitations:
this must be the biggest lie. I have Redmi Note 2 that I paid for 152€ and it has MANY MANY MANY features of softwares and hardware than almost every phones in the same price, like lg samsung huawei sony motorola etc etc etc etc. the best buy I ever had in my life and I already bought many others phone with bigger price and llesser features.
if we buy phone to a big brand phone like samsung, and have the same features as Note2, octa, 2gb, 13mp and 5mp, gps, a-gps, beidou, IR Blaster, led notification, smoother and faster UI, UI with many features, etc. etc. etc. it would be a 450€ samsung phone to be matched. yes 3x cheaper.

How long have you been hiding under that rock? Everybody knows Xiaomi breaks limitations that other companies force on their consumers. Things like bloatware don't exist on Xiaomi devices and any pre-installed app can be deleted with a simple swipe.
Xiaomi doesn't = NO BUY. Xiaomi = Don't buy and get left behind!

But SD615 was a disappointment because it was only as fast as an old iPhone 5 and powered devices which costed twice of a used iP5 (like Xperia M4 Aqua). Ok now there are devices with better value like Redmi 3 but it's still not fast

It should come with 4000 mah battery and quick charging 3.0 so that it can be charged under 2 hours and also good cameras waiting for it....it will be a killer deal and good competition for asus zenfone 3

I guess this is my next phone wanted to see snapdragon 625 and it even comes from xiaomi .

Hopefully it has 4.5 or 4.3 screen size which has very high potential. others size are saturated.

The Snapdragon 625 is very interesting because it uses the 14nm technology, which means much better battery life compared to the 652 which is used in today's upper-midrange phones.
