People who buy Tizen phones think it is Android. That is why it was successful in certain markets.
Samsung want to have their own OS in case Google tries to strict Android. But I personally would like to see a Samsung with Windows OS. After all Windows OS can be marketed as a corporate friendly OS than Tizen.
