I thought they would bring split screen functionality with this new MIUI 8, too bad, I guess we will have to wait for Android N, I hear it has the feature baked in.

Some features are indeed great for tablets. However the MiPads are not going to be updated. Great job Xiaomi

Wow my redmi note is so old, and yet xiaomi still decided to update it to miui 8 ! Awesome, thumbs up for xiaomi !

Half of these features won't even be available to users. And OS? It's still Android. It's just a UI.
