HTC reiterates that One A9, One M9, and 10 will get Android Nougat update, but still doesn't say when

        Update the M9 Plus with M and later you can think about updating the N.

          Anonymous, 01 Jul 2016HTC A9 is a cheap ugly iPhone ripoff lolNot in anyway. We have both and the A9 gets the big tick of approval. It is a stellar unit and love the freedom of Android on it.

They were very smart with the saving capacities in it. Moderate use I get all day and part into the next. With low to medium I get two days business use. Go along and hold one. Nothing in the store except iphone comes close to its feel. Smooth, no sharpness and the marshmallow is very zippy on it. Seriously brilliant I must say. A lot of people just don't know it as it wasn't advertised very much. just in case they don't make another model like I bought a back one.

                      They have the balls to talk about Nougat yet they are forgetting about the One M9+ that's still on Lollipop 5.0.2. And their hTc 10 doesn't have front facing stereo speakers. Tsssss.

Battery life is ok and will get you through most of the day. I do keep mine charged at work and charge it overnight so i never get below 50%, but i do keep an eye on it. Its not the same as the wonderfully monstrous P8Max with its 4360 mAh battery! The A9 runs 6.0.1 and runs smoothly and works well with all my Bluetooth devices :-)
