Marshmallow update starts hitting Galaxy A8

Last year 2016, I updated my Samsung Galaxy A8 which I bought at the Samsung Store in 2015. The whole phone is not working very well for example the when I took pictures it hasn't been saved to the Gallery and when I play music using the earphones I would stop in just 15 mins. I really need help Samsung Philippines. Hoping to have an immediate attention regard to this problem.

my music and gallery crashes when using earphones, then suddenly the whole system will down, so it will need to force restart. Please do something about this problem.
