this phones sucks, so many problems . read all user opinion about this phone. it will give you so many troubles ex you cant download apps on store and . cant add contacts but i already fixed it. my problem is i have no application in my 550 bcause i cant download on app store . it says error pls sign again later. waste of money

            100 euros for a phone with a failed, and oficially discontinued OS with barely any apps??
            no way.
            it should have cost 30 euros maybe, just to make calls and thats it.

                2 days ago I bought Xiaomi Mi4c for 119$ (~92GBP).
                No comparsison for this poor little Lumia.
