lol, 11 Jul 2016400 dollars is 360 euros. Add about 20% of VAT and you get ... moreHmmm... don't know what to think of this.

If the prices quoted here are VAT included then at current exchange rates the one plus 3 cost:

        Europe 400 euro
        UK 386.47 euro
        USA 361,76 Euro

        If not then:

Europe 484 Euro (21% VAT in most EU states)
UK 463,764 Euro (20% standard VAT rate)
USD 397,84 euro (max. 10% Sales Tax in US)
USD 383,40 euro (average 6% Sales Tax in US)

I don't understand what all the fuzz is about. Despite the "price hike" it is STILL cheaper in the UK than on the mainland. As usual Europeans are ripped off (again). :-(

Anonymous, 11 Jul 2016But 75% of people who voted remain now want to exit the EU.... moreI must say, that I've been watching TV, listening to the radio, and never heard about a single person who voted to stay, wanting to change the vote. On the other hand people who voted to leave wanted to change their vote just few hours after the results. It'll be interesting to see what the future brings.

On the subject...I've looked up the price on Oneplus website yesterday. It was £309, so I think this info is incorrect. There may be some retailers bumping the price up, not the main one though.

Are Oneplus' UK customers getting compensations in their salaries too, to be able to pay this hike? Or only oneplus needs the compensation?

52% voted to leave, half of them now regret it!

400 euros equals £340(ish) so we're still below the rest of Europe in pricing and this is still cheaper than any of the competition we get over here and since the UK is still actually in Europe there's no import charges to be applied and the shipping is free.
Why is this making the news on here?
