And what if they wont be releasing the iPhone 7 this year. What if the leaked phone is the iPhone 6 Pro instead. I think that they'll be releasing the iPhone 7 for their 10th year iPhone anniversary instead and keep the 6 for now but make it have an upgrade... the 6 Pro. In summary,
2015: iPhone 6S
2016: iPhone 6 Pro
2017: iPhone 7 (10th year iPhone anniversary)
2018: iPhone 7S

You don't know what is DLNA or WiFi Direct because probably you are a iOS user, you don't what is real useful features.
Digital Living Network Alliance (DLNA) is a media sharing protocol, I can share any media without any cables with any DLNA enabled device, for example, I can play a music from my Windows 8.1 PC directly to my Smart TV or my PS3 without any cables, just right-click on the music file and select "Play to", I use my PC and my phone as media servers too, my PC and phone files appear automatically on my TV file explorer.

And as it isn't released yet, you can't say they don't change much. Only because the design hasn't changed much, the 6s had many changes over the iPhone 6, while the 6 was only a small upgrade over the 5s. S7 was also a big step up from S6 while S6 was only little faster and removed much loved features from S5 (removable back, some sensors, micro sd...) And as you said the things I listed were facts, the thisüngs you mentioned were guesses and your own opinion.

Instead of Miracast you have Airplay, never needed file Sharing over Bluetooth or Wi-Fi direct (also never heard about that). You are right with XDA but you must be lucky with your phone. Xperia M has a good XDA support and gets a new nightly of CM everyday. But there are also many phones nobody cares about.

So Samsung was over releasing phones that although tiered has crossover spec
Apple can no longer sell one phone, so we are seeing more models and if the PRO is a phablet
Vivo sold 250,000 units of its X7 smartphone in a day mutiply that by the many companies in China and when so much of your phones cost is PURE profit it can't be good
Features are only as good if they are required.
I am NO fan of Apple but they have seen the need to have more than one phone
I laughed at the Apple watch and was wrong
Apple are slowly building up portfolio of phones so to cover the needs
