why gsm arena keep saying that desire hd has a TFT screen??? the official video and other hands on videos they say that it is a SUPER LCD NOT TFT.

IMHO 429 euro is too much for the C7, for little more you can the N8. Also once Win7 is released the competition is sure to get tougher for Nokia. If they are serious about competing in the smart phone market they need to work with carriers in the US to offer new phones ASAP and at a reasonable price. Also they need to updated their US website with latest models for people who prefer to buy directly from them, their site has not been updated in a very long time.

Once again, Nokia releases old school stuff and calls it a competitive "smart phone". Only Nokia fanboys would keep spouting things like Nokia owns the smartphone market. Funny, Nokia just kicked their old CEO out and even the person in charge of the N series smart phone resigned. Last I checked, if your company was doing good, you don't get rid of those managing it ;) Guess Nokia isn't doing as good as those fanboys would try to make you believe huh? Just saw the video for the Windows 7 with HTC Sense, beautiful! I will have to give props to MS, they brought a crappy mobile OS from the grave and made it competitive, all they need to do now is make a better marketplace.

I get more annoyed every time I see that whole "full-focus" garbage. It's amazing what happens when you take a bunch of market research people, have them go out and study what users do with their camera's and turn "taking quick shots" into, oh hey, let's cut out the AF entirely since all the target audience cares about is getting off quick shots! Yeah, we like being able to take quick shots, but with an AF! Geniuses.

Personally, i find auto focus annoying and counter productive for everyday use. If you want to take close up macro shots, get a macro lens. Not everyone enjoys the second wait before a snap. I turn it off on my n95 8gb all the time.
