I got the barcode for this promotion but Reliance Jio office at Borivali West has no clue about this offer and they are sying you wait for a dy or two for some clarity....??

I just got my Jio Sim :-)
I know some of the staff was notaware but the proper way is to first download myjio app from Play Store. Open the app and click on Get Jio Sim. Follow the instruction and finally you will get a barcode. Now show this barcode to the store staff and then they will get you a Jio Sim.
Remember the Jio sim can take upto 24-72 hours in some cases to start working. So don't panic if it does not get activted in first few hours.

yes even i went to reliance digital at borivali and they are not aware of any such offer.

I downloaded the app on my samsung s6 and went to the store. the store is unaware of the press release and they have refused to provide any sim. The only way as per them is to buy a Lyf handset..Feeling pissed already :(
