Now in reality the 10 has nothing(NOTHING) over the performance. So it's by far not superior in anyway and please don't mention screen res or ppi. I beg you in the name of God, please don't mention that. As for the speed don't worry it'll be fixed(We all know this).
Meanwhile the waterproofing is an actual(ACTUAL) advantage.

What planet ar... moreFirst off, waterproofing isn't the only thing that makes a good phone, and that speed test in comparison to at least 4 others I've watched, the HTC 10, Galaxy S7 Edge, LG G5, Oneplus 3 are easily quicker than the X Performance, and they offer more features. And either way, while the pricing of both the HTC 10 and Xperia X Performance aren't as competitive to others, out of the two, I'm pretty sure more people will buy the HTC 10 since they at least made an effort to make their phone better than last year's. Which Sony couldn't pull off.

I almost bought a Z3+ myself but then I heard about the heating issues and the camera app failing, they make good phones (hate the sharp corners) but they just don't seem to have their head and heart in the game anymore. They will certainly consider selling off their mobile division after the X/XPricy underdelivers, kinda like traitorous Moto did recently by siding with the commies.

Quite remarkable for Sony to support a phone from 2014 (!) and keep it updating.
The beta program was set to last until mid-2016 from the beginning, so this is no surprise. Beta testing found numerous bugs which were then corrected and the latest MM iteration should be rid of them.
As for the phone itself, I love it. A year old and still continues to amaze me. Along with the original HTC Desire I once had, maybe the best smartphone I ever owned.

Anonymous, 15 Jul 2016Shame user and competition on Sony Feeds. Hehe I do go and check out the latest Sony phones. The clean slab design is getting worn out. Nice that the X has metal back, but they removed water-resistance? below 67H endurance just means it's a third of power stamina of what the best competition is bringing. That LCD has to go, and have AMOLED. Even if NOW that everyone else is going sealed battery, Sony has to have a compelling set of features that the competition is bringing.
I was 5 years of using SonyEricsson before, and all my previous pre-digital music players were Sony. They used to be very innovative in their products, like the niftiest digital music players in the early 2000. Z5 Premium just fails the simple battery stamina I'd like it to have, and the 4K is really pointless if there is no VR usage.
Now, competition just overtakes with better features, longer battery, nicer looking design. They use to be that.
