Sony pulls the plug on Xperia Beta program

The company has also confirmed that all Xperia Z2/Z3 units will start receiving a new commercial firmware release in the coming weeks.

    I was considering Z5P, but I will not spend money to be disappointed with average battery stamina.

Let me give you a context - I consume 2.5 of LTE data, use 6 hours of screen on time for browsing, Hotspot, and watching shows DAILY. I can either change my battery in the afternoon, or use a 10,000mAh extended battery abd still have plenty left.

      How much SOT, data do you use in 4 days in ONE charge from your Z3 Compact? I know if i used an S7 Edge with 3.5H SOT, 500mb data, I'd still have 30% battery. Just curious.

      I know Z3C has 101H endurance, but the latest Xperia X only has 67H. That's terrible.

            My z3 compact lasts me 4 or 5 days under normal use. And the screen is just fine given the resolution and size.

                  I hope the update give my Z3 Tablet Compact the ability to install apps and games, often many Gb, on the external sd-card!
