The game is already free so it does not matter where i download it from(google Play or APK sites) and i did not hack it or crack it or any other type of illegal abuse,I simply manipulated the GPS to make it playable in my country until it's official release.

I guess you're right,except that there is a litt... moreObviously like in ingress, fake gps doesn't work as you'll need to allow mock locations at the developers mode menu and the game will detected it and give you the message that can't determine the current location. The top tip here is to use a mobile that hasn't got a last generation GPS system so that when you are indoor and you switch from your home network to mobile carrier you are moving so that will re-spawn and trigger new pokemons to appear at your location for instance when you are using incense.

Using the apk to download the app that is not yet released on ur area will allow you to open and play it but the thing is that, u cannot see any pokestops, gyms, and pokemons. I think u don't know that, don't u?
