Xiaomi has let us down, by not introducing the 64gb version in India. It is totally ridiculous on their part to offer only the sub par version here, although India is such a big market for them. Their strategy stinks, and Hugo Barra needs to be whacked for this.

They use India as their dump yard or growth stimulator. When there is too much stock or growth slowing down here or elsewhere, they offer discounts.

But they, much like other chinese companies, don't care about releasing products on time. Still waiting for Mi 5 pro but there is not even any announcement. Once they are done supplying that elsewhere, they will remember India.

      Cheap chinese tactics.

Mi4 is pre historic species now. Doesn't hold much relevance today. No LTE biggest problem, no dual sim as well.

Dont compare prices from other markets (as if you compare iPhone's U.S and buy in India at 10k+). At 23k, this is a good "option". After 6 months, 23k will be permanant.

Mi5 is still too expensive. Should have been 20k like it was in China and then the anniversary price drop to 18k would have made it competitive. In a world with LeMax 2 and OP3, this phone is useless.
