I fail to see how or why this is worth mentioning, even worst discussing. When has the pictures or themes been the deciding factor in making a purchase? I'm worried about ONE THING, a battery LESS than 4000mah.

      Aspros, 24 Jul 2016I am soooo dissapointed by Samsung, they copy everything fr... moreThey changed the name of the model to keep it in line with their S models - though there are similarities to design language used by Apple, it's become almost an industry standard within the likes of many flagships from various brands. Samsung's dual-curve edged display still stands true as something that is unique to Samsung alone - not to mention that their supposed iris scanner in the 7 would be truly groundbreaking.

        I am soooo dissapointed by Samsung, they copy everything from Apple, the button, the fingerprint scanner, the location and shape of the speaker grill, the icons etc, but why o why did they have to copy even the model number??
        Note 7? In most of Europe, note 5 never made an apperance and the latest Note that still is on stores is Note 4 and now we are jumping to Note 7, just because Apple is launching iphone 7? Pathetic!

          No idea why wallpapers were newsworthy.

              Frankly the specs of Note 7 are not looking very hot right now. I mean , we all know Samsung is going to charge a bomb for the device. Irrespective of the usage , why not go ahead Full Steam and provide the users with 6 GB RAM and 4000mAh battery ?

                What's the issue with the wallpaper, you can always customize your own wallpaper, even use your photo as the phone screen background.

                                    and of course if you sell the Note 5 and buy the V10 you get a couple bucks in your pocket too because V10 is cheaper!

                                      pleople getting mad about the price of note series in their countries I live in Honduras and with the current exchange rate the s7 was (1080$) and the s7 edge (1260) and does price are almost the same in the Samsung Store I would love to be able to buy here a flagship with an 850$ price tag. :( currently have a note 5 love that phone and waiting for note 7
