I am looking for a watch that carries a full GSM/Cellphone. So I can carry my second (private)phone with me (as watch) besides my iPhone (business).
This S-E, just as the iWatchphone will, only communicates with your phone. '
      Does any-one know /have experience with a real GSM-Watch?

SonyEricsson Addict, 01 Oct 2010Yes invented by Ericsson in 1994 ;) Ericsson and from 2001 ... moreThe only thing the X10 has going for it is the 8mp canmera (but since the displaty is so poor they look more like 2mp). HTC Desire and Galaxy S superior in every way. Each to their own, but you've missed out there.

It looks battery intensive. And charging your watch is not a habit of mine which will soon change. It might charge of the mobile or have good solar charging straps to give better battery life. Just imaging charging your watch in the Amazons in between expeditions?

Hope it is available with better non-geeky looking cashing and more than a health or heart beat monitor.

Hope its rugged enough for outdoor sports and sport Digital compass, gps and Barometer if its aimed at sports.

Can the touch screen be worked under water for water sports?

No-one knows it's a bluetooth watch unless I tell them. Stuff like the LiveView and the new Nano look quite nice attached to a wrist strap, but it would come with it's fair share of comments from others. If that's a good or bad thing, that's up to the indiviual to decide.

don't you understand that the 2.1 is internally available withing Sony Ericsson for development purpose so they can show it by pairing, reason why it's not available for customers is they are still polishing it to give good and reliable experience. can you wait for few days? by the time this device comes that is in Q4 2.1 will already be there for all Sony Ericsson devices, so no worries.

So funny how they say it is android 2.0+ and they can use an x10 as demo ... where is the 2.1 upgrade for x10?

Without it I'm not getting the LiveView. Actually I would prefer an updated analog BT watch with a better screen, amoled or superamoled, than the one the MBW-150 has.

Not sure "it's much better than those first SE BT watches." The LiveView does not list vibrating alert among its features. A real shame if that's the case.

yeah! nice watch uhm?! phone?? gadget?? what ever?!!, nice idea, but, will it take off?? hey sony, instead of wasting your precious time building this concept that we didn't exactly get the idea? why don't you guys desighn a full touch phone that can compete with the likes of samsung corby & lg cookie?? a full touch phone that a student can afford?? we dont need a very state of the art phone, but a fulltouch phone as sturdy & user friendly as Sony Ericsson, now that makes more sense.
