            Samsung tablets are never budget. In fact this one is one of their pricier products. You can literally find tablets with twice the specs for half the price dual booting windows and android for a year now....

                      any tablet(such as this one)thats is not the "S" line are pretty darn bad.The dsplays are always sub par.
