Those saying "Apple, Sue them", let me pour water on your sleepy faces...
Apple just can not. China is one of those countries who have not yet agreed on a proper agreement for rotecting intellectual rights & copyrights. That's why most Chinese companies don't innovate a lot, unless they can with minimum efforts & time.
That means, you can't sue them in China, and if you sue them in say, India or USA, you have a better chance... of just ending their sales in that country, and not ending the production itself.
Because the production happens in China, and there's least you can do about it.
Remember, the Kawasaki Ninja 300R copy from China? It made just 24 bhp from a 300cc engine. Well, Indian made Duke 200 makes more power than that with lesser cc's.
Or the Bajaj Pulsar copy, the Gulsar?
Mi itself is known as the Chinese Apple.
China companies are free to copy because its their country and you can't sue them in China at least.

20 yr olds will give a statement, favoring their own favorite company,
40 yr olds will try to justify themselves saying that other companies are doing wrong to Apple, by copying their name and design trend,
60 yr olds will say that "Air" and a thin slate are not even a copyright of Apple, its just a dictionary word and common imagination; so why should we heat up?
