robdevil XI, 01 Aug 2016Sorry but this phone can not be fixed. No matter what they ... more"Fixed"? Well sure it is not ideal - but it is still the least bas option out there for a niche group.

If you want a hardware sliding keyboard, your alternatives are the five(!) year old Xperia Pro, OR a large case for either an Iphone or an old Samsung Galaxy S2/S4. So from that perspective an easy win.

But sure it is ridiculous that they forgot the fingerprint reader on a device they try to sell on security, and the cpu&gpu is certainly not for the gaming user segment, and was not reflecting the huge retail price, even when it came out last year.

But the unlocked ones sold for $300 (currently $400 again) on ebay are certainly worth the price. (Again for a niche group of users)

I have just got 6.0 yesterday, but it seems that they actually have fixed one issue. It does not seems to get as warm while charging and using. But too early to say for sure.

Kamsung, 01 Aug 2016Hopefully all 1000 users can find it... +1

Sorry but this phone can not be fixed. No matter what they roll out, it wont improve its performance. Well it is just nice looking useless phone.

AnonD-566952, 01 Aug 2016why AT&T unlocked version had no updates? why? Well it currently has updates available, BUT we can only get it if the device is connected to their network (Roaming with an AT&T sim would NOT do the trick - I tried that)
SO we CURRENTLY would have to bring the phablet to the US, and get it connected with an AT&T sim (AND connected to a WiFi) to get it....

BUT it seems like Blackberry at the least is TRYING to find a better solution with AT&T:

So glad I didn't! Even my old Oneplus One has been on Marshmallow for months. With their lacklustre new handset on the horizon I think it's finally the last nail in the coffin for one of my favourite tech brands...
