Have the people commenting on the GPU even used a Kirin 950/955 device or seen speed/gaming comparison videos? Even the 950 owns the 820 by a long shot in everything (app opening, game loading, actual gaming, and browsing), no SD820 device has been able to come remotely close, including the 1080P Mi5. The GPU is a MP4 however it is clocked at 900MHz, way higher than Samsung's. Kirin 950/955>Exynos 8890>SD820 is how it goes in actual performance. Huawei's philosophy was focused on sustained performance, while chips like the 820 only focus on peak performance, by clocking fewer cores up it actually offers better performance, is able to keep up peak/near peak performance for much much longer periods with little dropoff and is also the best chipset when it comes to thermal throttling, just because it's a MP4 doesn't mean it's weak. The Honor V8 with a Kirin SOC and a 2K screen has already proven how beastly Kirin chipsets are. They are the best performers on the market.

the specs are nice
somethinng smaller

with the same specs would be great
thats why samsung is in the lead
making a phone full alunimum is in the past dont they know that
they need to step away from plastic and step away from full metal
do a hybrid
if they wana make a name they need to do a glass and metal hybrid
curved edge display
dont forget amoled or super amoled
6 gig of rams
full hd is good but nothing wrong with 4k
throw in sum good camera 2016 of what the standard camera all the phones are using

LG superfan, 01 Aug 2016Yes I know but s7 has bigger pixel which allow more light n... moreYou didn't get my point. Yes, bigger pixels mean more caught light, but it couldn't be done on 16MP. They reduced the pixel count to make the pixels bigger.

Less pixels ... moreYes I know but s7 has bigger pixel which allow more light not less pixel which allows it, and I dont think this phone has bigger pixels, and I dont think camera quality will be great it will be just good enough for everday use

Anonymous, 01 Aug 2016Overpriced as apple and the 880mp4 will do no justice to 14... moreYou think this for $345(starting) is over priced like Apple? You need to get out more and check the prices of Samsung and LG. This is cheap for what you get. Especially since Huawei has a much better global market than Xiaomi and have, arguably, some of the best build quality around. $345 is cheap. Personally, I'm not sure a 6.6" phone would work, but some people will be happy with it.

LG superfan, 01 Aug 2016Only 13mp camera should be atleast 16. T880 mp4 gpu are you... moreMegapixels don't mean shit. Look at galaxy s7. Less pixels means more light passing through, which means better low light performance.

Overpriced as apple and the 880mp4 will do no justice to 1440p. Just get the mimax and be done with it.

What a beautiful beast ! Both colours are down right gorgeous. l don't need this device but it's so tempting to buy it on looks alone, and it is well speced too. But why sub-branding? Keep it simple Huawei.

There should be an industry agreement that the term 'Note' cannot be used unless a device includes a stylus. Poking with a finger is NOT the same as creative thinking or sketching with a stylus.

Well , Xiaomi Mi Max & Asus ZenFone 3 Ultra is still a better choice than this Huawei...!
The GPU on this phone is shit...it will not be able too handle QHD resolution...S7 has the Same GPU , but its has 8 more cores than this Huawei...!
So just think how badly it will lag...will it even b able to play FHD videos smoothly...!

Akyumen Holophone is far better. Runs windows desktop at the same time and has a projector.
