I am a fan of the S2, however my casio pro-trek, currently has all of these features (apart from GPS) and also has digital compas, and battery life.... 3 years 72 days...... ok granted it doesn't show notifications, but that aside, both awsome pieces of tech. :)

Device thickness is what peaks my interest.
I want something svelte..
I do not care if the band has the battery in it, or sensors etc..
For the money they want for 'smartwatches'; I want some real burden to fall into the R&D department.
Or if they keep them thick, come up with a design that a kinesiologist (energy/medicine science, not the sports science) approves as not being detrimental for the human energy field....
First nice looking watch that doesn't make me feel like a tech pioneer, I will buy,.. until then my Samsung Fit with its abysmal software support will contine to do the trick..

Just bring a powerbrick and strap it to your arm.. Could be use as a weight for your arm training too.. Fits perfectly for your active lifestyle

For me the most important features to have would be Samsung Pay and GPS SOS emergency call and locate. These are features that would make me buy the watch.
