Guys, Desire HD > Evo. There has been many posts/articles written about this.

                    Here's one:

I live in the UK so couldn't get the EVO though I really liked it. However, we now have it's equal (if I can say that), and am very much tempted to purchase it. I have the original Desire and as it's Orange branded, I received Froyo only the other day. I doubt my Desire will get the Gingerbread or Honeycombe update but almost certain the Desire HD will. The only thing stopping me from buying is the arrival of Windows Phone 7, and as am the owner of a Zune HD, I have experience with the Metro UI and fell in love with it. Am not that fond of most of the hardware we've seen/leaked regarding WP7, so waiting for better devices before jumping ship and also wait for MS to iron out any creases (if any) with the OS at launch. If a good WP7 device going to take over 6 months to arrive then am going with the Desire HD, otherwise will hang on to my Desire.

The Desire HD will also be available in the Netherlands, somewhere around the 18th of October, at Hi, KPN and MTVMobile. (All the same company.) It's even being announced on the website, including prices. Next to that, the same carriers will also start selling the Desire Z. No big news here...
