Redmi Pro will most probably not be launched in india due to its ongoing legal dispute with ericsson and are banned from selling any mobile which does not have Qualcomm chipset in India till the end of the legal dispute. If it is launched in India it will feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset.

Anonymous, 04 Aug 2016once you have used MTK, you will never want to use it again. Not true of the Sony M5. I am quite satisfied, actually. I dont't see the downside you speak of

company is not selling to you alone, manufacturing, warehousing to all channels, marketing, needs time. its not like samsung and apple, which stocks more and sells at high price, they get total manufacturing costs with 1/4 sale,.but its not the case of xiaomi and other Chinese companies, they make for 99 dollars, sell for 110(say)...margins are very low. so they keep their stocks lean.

Why can't companies put their devices on sale after their launch? It's bullshit that we have to wait.
