I am in uk and get persistent force closes when I try to access any tabs or make a call. Running eclair in a streak...would love to see it working, but at the moment it is completely unesable. I note quite a few others with exactly the same problem.

i can confirm that SKYPE works fine with no issues on all Android models.

the faulty version some Android users are reporting must be due to the WIFI version of SKYPE, but i'm sure it'll be a relatively simple problem to rectify... i mean, if they can get it working faultlessly on 3g phones in the UK...

in the UK SKYPE has been working over 3g on the THREE network on all it's phones, regardless of whether it's a NOKIA, SAMSUNG, HTC or what version they are.

it doesn't even eat into your 3g data allowance, it's completely and genuinely free [as long as you have a contract with THREE!!!]

my girlfriend has had it on her WILDFIRE for months and i've had it on an old SONY ERICSSON cybershot for years!

Apple makes computers for media purpose. Not for gaming. Wanna go out and game? Buy a PC, want to do producing movie/music, well then Apple's got a big advantage.

Seriously, facts > opinion. And I don't even have an iMac.
