Wtf...? It's not like they'll make all the funny/inspiring things for us. Is this to retain the revenue? If so, they shouldn't have a spending race with each city that gets the privilege.

Athletes wants the crowd and support, Olympic committee wants money. Complete conflict of interest. Olympic is no longer about sport spirits anymore, it's commercialized.

Boycott the Olympics. The Greek tradition is being insulted by these stupid rules. It should be open for everyone to see.

No surprise, IOC and WADA are not for sports. They became political and financial tools in hands of their owners.

Olympic Committee exist because people are buying the scam called the "olympics." Since they have a monopoly on the content, they can enforce whatever policy they want.
Breaking the "rules" does nothing as it only justify the existence of the committee and the policy. So people, if you think you are "breaking" the rule, you are only helping their greedy cause. If you want this to stop, they stop gawking over the olympics. Simple. No demand, and the supply will dwindle by itself.

If you forbidden something officially, you can be sure of 2 things:
1. No one gonna listen to you, and everyone still gonna do this.
2. They gonna make fun of you, because ldiots deserve that.
Anyone who remember 80-90' times should remember that its not like people didnt use cameras back then. I actually take camera and pocket filled with film tapes everywhere, Today people do the same but just use phones instead... now they try to forbidden that because quality is better and people can upload it quicker, and they think that people gonna make money from it... no they dont, most of people upload them for likes or for fun.

If someone said no for something then it becomes irresistible to do it. It's human nature. Expect a plethora of banned things in Internet when Olympics starts....
