My rule for smartphone photography and video capture is to record everything and sort it out in 'post production'; as the experts like to say. Following my prescribed method one winds-up with some 10%, or so, of content which is really outstanding. I have a lot of storage capacity at home as I am typically loathe to discard a loved one's smiling face.

Give everyone, at a deeply discounted price, a rugged 360° camera then see what rolls-in.

GSMArena, I just tried recording with a Gear 360, and since I wasn't able to connect it with a Note4 (I guess it's compatibility starts with the S6) I recorded with the Gear 360 itself, but the Vids/Pics records 2 "circle" screens SBS whereas your Vids/Pics are stitched as 2 Full (square) screens, does the Gear 360 app that gets downloaded from the "Samsung Apps" stitch it full screen, or records it full from the beginning?
